Machines for Packaging Fresh, Processed, and Packaged Food Products

To package fresh, processed, and frozen foods in trays or boxes, in automatic, semi-automatic, or manual modes, you can use L-seal packaging machines and bundling machines.

If you have humid environments or cold storage rooms, you can use our AISI 304 and AISI 316 Stainless Steel packaging lines, manufactured to your specifications.

You can use bundling packaging machines for total enclosure or film adhesion sealing of plastic, polystyrene, or cardboard crates with food-grade or non-food-grade film. They are recommended for packaging products like pasta, rice, flours, fruits and vegetables, milk, spices, fresh and frozen meat and fish, ice cream and popsicles, cheeses and dairy products, jams and preserves, animal feed and pet food, still and sparkling waters, soft & energy drinks, beers, and fruit juices.

You can use our L-seal packaging machines with food-grade film for total package enclosure to securely preserve the freshness of contents like chocolates, candies, bread and cookies, sugar and sweeteners, ready meals and delicatessen products, coffee, condiments, sauces, fresh and dried fruit, cereals, and flours.

For packaging fresh, filled, or dry pasta, bread and pizza, fresh or frozen meat, fresh or frozen fish, we are designing skin-pack machines that use food-grade film for total package enclosure to securely preserve the contents.

Once water and milk crates, flours and other grains, and animal feed and pet food are packaged, our pallet wrappers can efficiently and stably wrap pallets with minimal operations, resulting in a robust pallet for transport and storage.

To facilitate the unloading and transport of packaged products, we can custom-build roller conveyors and end-of-line systems to integrate with existing or newly developed production lines.

Our automatic lines are at the forefront of industrial automation and Industry 4.0. Increasingly digital and interconnected, they are integrated into new production technologies to improve working conditions and increase plant productivity.
